What is experiential learning?
Learning by doing. Instead of sitting through a lecture, participants take part in a purposeful game or activity, reflect on what happened, and connect the insight to the real challenges they face at work. That makes the learning easier to remember and to apply.
Can you tailor a programme to our organisation?
Yes, every programme is tailored. We start by listening to understand your needs and goals, then design activities around your organisation’s challenges, whether that is teamwork, leadership, change management, communication, creativity or something else.

What is graphic facilitation?
Graphic facilitation uses visuals, drawn live as the conversation unfolds, to bring ideas to life. It makes concepts clearer, conversations richer and learning more memorable. You can learn to do it yourself on our Graphics Facilitation course.
Can we buy your learning kits?
